Our Shipping Promise

  • All orders shipped from our Melbourne or Sydney distribution centres
  • Australia-Wide Coverage (international shipping is not available at this time)
  • Flat Rate Simplicity: $10 sends your order anywhere in Australia.
  • Free shipping for orders over $100

Your Product’s Shipping Journey

  1. Packing: Your toy is carefully packed at our VIC or NSW warehouse.
  2. Dispatch: We hand it over to our trusted partner, Australia Post.
  3. Transit: Your package embarks on its journey to you.
  4. Arrival: Track your order right into your hands.

Delivery Expectations

  • Metro areas: Generally 2-4 business days
  • Regional areas: Typically 2-7 business days
  • Remote locations: Allow 5-8 business days

Remember, these are estimates. Factors like weather, high volume periods (hello, holidays!), and unforeseen events can impact delivery times.

Tracking Your Treasure

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you:

When Things Don't Go to Plan

  1. Wrong Address? Double-check before confirming your order. A $15 re-delivery fee applies for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
  2. Missed Delivery? No worries! Your package will wait at the local post office for 10 business days.
  3. Uncollected Packages? If your package is returned to us:
  • If you want it sent back out, there is a re-delivery fee of $15.
  • If you prefer a refund, we’ll give you back the original price of your order less any shipping fees you paid and a $10 restocking fee.

Special Considerations

  • Holiday Season: November and December deliveries may take longer. Plan ahead!
  • Remote Areas: Some locations may have extended delivery times or additional fees.
