At TapPlayWin we want you to love your plush pals as much as we do. But we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's our fair and friendly returns policy:
Change of Heart? No Problem!
We get it - sometimes a toy just isn't the right fit. Here's what you need to know:
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.
- Condition Matters: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- What You'll Get Back: Full refund of the item's cost (shipping fees are non-refundable), less a $10 restocking fee.
The Return Journey
- Initiate: Email us at info@tapplaywin.com.au with your order number.
- Confirmation: We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
- Send It Back: We recommend using tracked postage for peace of mind. (Note: you will need to cover return shipping costs).
- Refund: Once received, we'll process your refund within 7 days.
Remember, you're responsible for return shipping costs, and we can't refund items lost in transit.
When Toys Misbehave (Faulty items)
Received a faulty item? Don't worry, we've got you covered:
- Time Sensitive: Contact us as soon as you notice an issue.
- Evidence Helps: Provide details of the fault. If possible, include a photo of the fault with your email.
- Our Promise: If your item is determined faulty, we'll gladly replace the item or provide a full refund.

- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria.
